Xperience fitness is by far the worst gym I was ever a part of. They have the worst customer service and no one actually helps you, they just push you off to the next person. Please save yourself the time and effort, and look into other places because xperience will just scam you out of money. I needed my membership cancelled back in august/September of 2016 and the guy at the front desk assured me that I did not need to pay anything before, during, or after my cancellation. They took care of the cancellation and then 2-3 weeks later I receive an email or call saying I owe $80?
Now months after the fact, apparently "it was actually $200" and now they want me to settle with $80. And no one is actually helpful and trying to help me with this situation or even listen to me so now I'm stuck paying $80 for a gym that sucks and was just a big scam.
