Days Inn by Wyndham West Allis/Milwaukee

When we checked into the motel the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We went straight to the desk clerk and told him of the smell. He said that the guests wrap the smoke detector so it does not go off. The smell was so strong that we could not stay. We checked out right away, just turned in the keys. The tattooed desk clerk said we would have to call Price line to get a refund. We called Price line and price line said that the manager told him that we checked out after three full days. I called the manager and confronted her about the fact that we just turned in our keys right away and she said the computer told her that we stayed three days. She lied. All she said was that because we booked through price line she would not refund our money. She said that the cigarette smoke was just our opinion. This is the worst dump we almost stayed in. It does not even deserve a one star. The worst management I have ever dealt with.
