Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was ready to buy an ATC cap for my new truck I just purchased today. I had it narrowed down between 3 models before I came. I encountered the owner closing everything up and telling me I could order the cap but only if it took 5 minutes because he had to leave for the day. Told me "I'm sorry but my grandson is more important than you or anyone else". I understand family is important but have some tact dude. It's really bad business when the owner of a company can't take 20 minutes extra time for a customer to give him $1600 for a new truck cap. In the end it doesn't affect me, I'll just go elsewhere. It's your loss and your negative business review. Will never come here again!
