Exactly what Jay said........ I filled my prescription for generic Zyrtec. Foreign pharmacist told me to get Zyrtec over-the-counter & "it would be cheaper." When in fact my insurance only makes me pay very, very little. & lady, you want me to pay $40 for a bottle of Zyrtec? Why? Do they not want to do their job? Lazy or Rude. I don't know what their problem is! Might change pharmacies.
