I came in tonight, it was pretty late in the evening due to a medical emergency.
I stood at the front desk for a few minutes before I was even acknowledged, the personnel behind the prescription counter asked out loud without considering my privacy "do you have a question or something"? I answered yes, while still standing in a distance I explained my husband's emergency. The representatives response was "well it's 5 minutes until close - I wouldn't be able to fill prescriptions within that time" then she continued her busy work behind the counter.
Needless too say I left, went down the street and had the prescriptions filled within 20 minutes with nothing less than amazing customer service.
