I moved to Madison from Michigan and was really nervous about finding a new vet as I loved my previous vet in Michigan so much. On the first visit, that fear completely went away. True Veterinary Care is absolutely wonderful. They are great with my cats and my dog. The staff are all very friendly, the vet is absolutely wonderful and very thorough. The second you arrive, they have an exam room waiting, and your pets are seen right away. They always follow up when your pet goes on medication, has a surgery, receives treatment for anything, they text the next day and ask how everything is going. To me this demonstrates just how much they care about your pets and how dedicated they are to ensure that everything is going well for the animals they provide care for.
The building, rooms, etc. are all very clean and look new. My cats actually enjoy hanging out in the exam rooms because they get catnip toys that they get sent home with! They also get lots of cuddles from all the staff members!
They are always very thorough and ensure that we find a solution for whatever issue I come in with for my cats and dog. They always have great products that they recommend (that WORK), however, they are wonderful about not forcing products on you (and will even tell you, "you are more than welcome to think about it and come back another time if you want it!") so you never feel pressured.
I feel that they are very affordable. I just graduated university last year, but never fear having to take my animals in because I feel the prices are extremely affordable and reasonable, and for the care that they are providing and you are receiving... I don't think you could find a better vet! So glad we found True Veterinary Care.
