They're ​constantly getting us mixed up with a neighbor. And then returned all of our mail saying that the house was vacant.

My wife and I used to live in Ripon, and I dropped off packages there regularly as part of my eBay business. We also had a ton of media mail sent through there. The folks there are wonderful. One of the things I really miss about Ripon is their terrific service. And they always remembered me when I came in. When our media mail came in as part of our move, they were super-helpful.
