Moved to SB a few months ago. This is undoubtedly the worst post office I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Our carrier has lost packages, we've had packages come with nothing in them (stolen), we've almost had our electric turned off because our bills never made it to us, among many other problems.
I visited this office 3 times in a single day trying to get a 2-day priority mail package, and was bounced around between cashiers and the Postmaster, all of whom had no clue where my package was. They assured me it would be processed and delivered the next day; instead, it's sent back to the Green Bay Distribution Center (so it went from GB to SB, then back to GB, and back to SB. I was in there 3 times and they couldn't just hand it to me?!)
Overall, the ineptness of the people working here astounds me. I doubt any of this will be resolved via complaints. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these people.
