I hesitate to tell people about this gem of a place. I'd like to keep this deliciousness to myself. In a state brimming with good cheese curd choices, these curds, fresh from the tank, are at the top. Take a spin out there on a Saturday morning and nab a couple pounds of fresh cheese curds and some hand pulled string cheese. You'll be glad you did.
