Purely Poultry

Not a good experience all around. 1st I was charged twice for my order . When I called customer . service, the lady insisted it was something I did wrong. Next thing is that they were delivered on the wrong day and the Cornish Cross sat in the post office in that tiny box for 10 hrs. There were 2 dead when I opened the box. The next morning 2 more died. Since then I've lost 2 more. While I was reimbursed for the 4 that I lost in the first 48 hrs. I was unable to be reimbursed for the other 2. So far I've lost 33% of my flock. never again!
