Sean and his crew are amazing. The first time I took my laptop in to get a new hard drive--I was very satisfied. They made sure to look at my needs before my wants; which saved me a lot of money. Then a few years later, I went in and looked into a new computer that could run what I needed it to do. And when that ran into issues, Sean quickly sat down and helped fix any issues I had. I would give this more stars if at all possible. Nowhere else I'd go for tech support.
