My fiancé has banked here for 4 years now, and decided to open a credit card with them. She had updated her address three weeks prior and they still managed to send the card to the old address after checking three times to assure it was being sent to her present address. The branch would not do anything to get the card to the right address and now she is responsible for contacting the people who live at the old address and PAYING for postage to get the card to her. Absolutely ridiculous.
