One star is actually one star to many. Purchased a bed slide for my truck. After paying almost $2000.00 I was told that it wouldn't open past my tailgate due to my trucks type of tailgate. They said have a nice day. I had to call the manufacturer to get the correct parts for my vehicle. I took it apart and did it right. RUDE PEOPLE AT COUNTER AND HE WAS AN OWNER.

Extremely dissatisfied with this truck shop, service, and installation. I purchased a fiberglass cap last year. Initial installation was poor, door did not shut all the way. Due to cap being late I was already on a multi-week trip, during which cap leaked into bed which coated my gear with dust and then rain. After return they adjusted cap, and water still leaks inside cap and door does not shut correctly. Their service and attitude is very poor. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
