NINE burns from a routine laser hair removal. I understand that it can be a possibility that something may go wrong, but my neck looks disgusting. I can't imagine what kind of scars will be left behind after the scabbing and peeling.
I would be less irate about the situation if the doctor who runs the clinic would have been more sympathetic to the situation because it's technicians who run the show while she barely oversees the work, however, she brushed off my burns as if they were my fault. I still have several sessions that are paid for which I will not be returning for.

Obviously I’m aware things can go wrong, I realize I’m signing a consent form every time I came in for a session. I’m very familiar with how laser hair removal works, as I’ve been receiving treatment for over five years, three of them have been through your clinic. I have spent thousands of dollars at your clinic, it was almost insulting how dismissive you were about in my situation in person.
I was burned once before in the bikini area, and your tech had even claimed responsibility stating it was her fault that had happened, and let me add in that I’m pretty fair skinned in that area so you can’t blame the sun for that one.
I received nine burns on my neck but not on my face, let me clarify that the neck was done after my face because the technician was new and didn’t realize that was part of my package. My face receives the same amount of spf as my neck does. I came back within the hour after my session complaining about the burning and all you did was send me home. I know for a fact there are topical gels you have in your possession that you can give out to clients to help with burns, because one of your techs had given them to me when she burned me on my bikini line. So if again, you’re trying to insinuate I did something wrong, then I was correct in my first post, you lack empathy nor have respect for your clients.
For people considering going to this location, five months later and I’m still sporting scars all over my neck.
