This place is GARBAGE. Rude, unhelpful staff who do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. If you go here beware. You will get screwed

Went to wash my wife's brand new 2011 Toyota rav4 and the brushes put 13 scratch marks all down the passenger side from the front bumper to the back bumper on October 1,2011. One of the workers noticed this and asked if everything was ok. I explained the situation and we filled out a written report. I will be calling the manager Jason Jacobs monday October 3,2011 morning and see what he does to fix my vehicle. I gave them 1 star but will change my rating if this gentleman does right by me.
