Know when reading reviews that they put a sign in the elevator that states "enter to win $100 by writing a good review online" for all the tenants to see. ---Terrible management. I have never dealt with management like this before. Before choosing to move in, I saw some of the online reviews but, I figured I could handle management because I fell in love with the building. I was very wrong. The manager who is supposed to be there most of the time was hardly ever in the office during the hours it was supposed to be open. I believe she only ever answered my phone call to the office twice the entire 7 months I had been living there. The first few months that I lived there she kept leaving messages on the WRONG phone number to get in contact with me. I let her know multiple times in person and over an email what my correct number was. --- Before this I had AMAZING rental history. Nothing but great recommendations at apartments I had lived at for years that were much nicer and much more expensive than these. I have NEVER had a problem. Now, my spotless history is ruined. I chose to break the lease and get out of those apartments ASAP because I just couldn't handle it anymore.
