Their policy is wait for your entire party to arrive before you can be seated which I get, but there isn't any place to actually wait except in the doorway, so it was a bit awkward standing while you look at everyone eating. Service took a long time as well as the food. A bit expensive, but I understand they use all organic products and biodegradable to-go boxes so I get it. The reason by rating is so low is because the experience wasn't what I hoped it to be. Your customers and good reviews keep your business afloat. Your goal should be to get people seated, get drinks to them right away, and make them feel welcome. (My wife and I kind of felt like an afterthought just standing there.) This is something a host/hostess could do. They don't have one so this might be what they need. If I have to wait, I'll wait but take out one of those 2 people only tables and put a bench in so people waiting can sit. Slight changes could make a big difference for this place and take them from "known" to "the place to be". I might give it a shot again in the future.
