My husband and I walked in without a simple hello. My husband was looking at bikes and I was looking for a winter coat. No one helped us, or offered to help... they even walked right past us quite a few times. I did end up buying a jacket because the price was so good.... but the service was terrible. We were basically an inconvenience at the register.
