We had several problems with this place. After almost 1 month we finally were able to file our taxes and were happy with what we were getting back. A few weeks later we got a letter from the State saying there was a mistake and we were getting back less than half of what we were anticipating. My husband made an appointment to go talk to Anna the Owner who admitted not only did the lady who did our taxes make a mistake but she didnt' catch it the two times we went back to sign our forms. Then she told us that because of her mistake we had to pay the IRS back a few hundred dollars. My husband asked how she was going own up to her mistake and she said the best she could do was give us a credit to come back next year. Thanks but NO, we will never go back there again. Not just because of the mistake but the lack of customer service and overall atmosphere. She should have given us some of the $550 we paid her to do them in the first place. Don't go here.
