Just wanted to say that my first visit here was not what I expected. The employee doing my taxes was loud when explaining my personal business. I was totally embarrassed by the fact that she would not lower her voice. I know everyone in the room could hear her because when I walked out the other customers were staring at me in disbelief. If you can please explain to your employee that she has walls around her cubical for a reason. The only good experience I had there was when I set up my appointment with Tom. He has very good CSR skills and is soft spoken. He is the only reason Im giving to stars. 1 for the way he took my phone call and 2 for the way he welcomed me. I would also like to add that I over heard him talking about a personal matter regarding his family to another employee. If he reads this I just want to say that I prayed for him and family that night. God Bless.
