This was my 1st time going to this cleaners. I had asked when I would be able to get my coat Saturday or Monday, according to what he told me on the phone. All of the sudden he got a little irate saying he was the only one there & that there is no way on Sat. that I would have to get it Mon. I said no problem. He said AM or PM and I said a.m. Then he got more upset and said he wanted me to get it in the afternoon I said no problem again. Then he asked me why I waited The last minute when I had all summer to bring my Winter coat in. I thought how rude, wow this man has no idea what goes on in my life. Key said he was getting very "peeved" and said his mouth tends to get him in trouble. I asked him why he was treating me this way and he told me I could take my coat somewhere else. I said no I will let you clean it because you're the only place in town. Granted my coat came out nice looking but I thought the treatment I received was very uncalled for!! I asked around to other people if they've had dry cleaning done there. They said yes & they also said he is very short tempered and rude. So sad!!!
