Starbucks

If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would. It doesn’t even deserve any star honestly. Poor management and poor customer service. Just plain horrible. After reading all the reviews on here, I honestly thought it was only me that I got mistreated and had a bad experience here. Too think seeing all these bad reviews, they should be doing something to change their attitude, customer service or even new employees. I didn’t have a chance to make a review until now but this experience happened a couple months ago and I do have the nerve to still write one after this long because it was that bad. My boyfriend and I drove to Milwaukee which is 2 hours where we live and we decided to go to the mall after my long birthday weekend before heading home. I was getting thirsty and my boyfriend suggested Starbucks. I said sure why not. It did look busy but we waited patiently for our turn. When it was our turn, I ordered and this brunette girl told me that they were out of the drink that I wanted, with an eye roll and a huff and a puff. So I said, “Oh okay, what drinks do you have then?” She just looked around and just hesitated to answer my question, acting like I’m stupid or something. So I just ordered something really quick but I wanted a little snack before we left too. So I ordered that and my boyfriend got what he wanted and what not. We paid and waited 5-10 minutes again for our order. She was calling all these different kind of drinks out and snacks. She called out for someone getting a bread/muffin thing. And that’s clearly not what I ordered. She literally threw it across the counter because she thought I ordered it too. Well guess what lady, I didn’t. I was clearly watching her and eyeing her down too because I just don’t get how someone can be that rude and that bad at their job. I’ve been in customer service before and boy I get it. It can be frustrating but I never saw or worked with someone that bad ever. I’m even surprised she’s got hired there. The whole point of this horrible experience is that she didn’t want to answer any of questions and accused that she gave me my snack. But clearly I didn’t go to the counter and grabbed it because she gave me the wrong one. She just completely ruined my birthday weekend. She was super rude and she thinks acting that way is ok and that her nasty attitude to customers/strangers wont give her no consequences one day. But karma is always around. I recommend no one to ever go there.
