Soft Touch Express Car Wash

Update 8/9/2017: 5 months later and I have still not heard from the owner, the employees gave me a phone number to "the owner" who has not once answered or returned my calls on the numerous messages I have left. Shady business. One week ago on 3/1/2017 I went though this car wash, in the middle of the wash my side mirror was violently ripped off of the car, it was attached perfectly prior to this. I spoke with the staff and filled out a "form" and was told I would be receiving a call from the owner. I have not heard from the owner and returned today, it seems that they could not find the sheet and had a similar even happen to someone else in the past week. I would highly not suggest going to this car wash. Attached is a picture of the car 2 days prior to the incident, and then after the car wash.
