I was treated very poorly while just trying to enjoy a show. Towards the end I asked for a cup of water and was charged $5.00 for probably a 6 oz cup. When I asked why I had to pay $5 I was told that if I was going to complain I should just drink from the tap from the bathroom sink. Sure, I mean if I knew that was acceptable to begin with and wouldn’t have gotten kicked out, I would have just brought in my own water bottle and filled it up from the bathroom sink. But woah, I didn’t know that just asking for a glass of water would lead to such a huge issue simply because I was confused it would cost $5.00. I work in the service industry as well but if someone asks for water, you serve them water no question and no cost. Fine. I understand that it’s your job and you’re the messanger but you do not need to deliver the message so rudely.
