Kevin was very inconvenienced that I brought my vehicle to get an emissions test at 4:16. Apparently there is an unwritten rule that he has to stop testing at 4:15 so he can leave right at 5 nightly. Nowhere is this posted at the shop.
He let me know how much of an inconvenience it was to him a few times.
I suppose my two vehicles, and all of my network are too much of an inconvenience for your business to handle. If I were the owner, I would find a way to get him some customer service training for the future.
