Called K Komfort because I saw they had positive reviews. When I called the lady I spoke to told me diagnostic would be $79.99 and once they figure out what is wrong they would tell me a price before fixing the problem. So the technician comes out and is here for 45mins and hands me a invoice for $209. One they changed the diagnostic from $80 to $100 and two he fixed the problem with out my consent. I don't mind paying for my furnace to be fixed put the way they conduct business was not very professional. Reply to your response. Yes he did adjust the price back to $80 after insulting me by saying I didn't want to pay. I have no issue paying if I knew what I was paying for. On top of that you are suppose to tell your customers what you are fixing and how much it cost before you fix the problem I wasn't given that option. And yes it is a commercial building I have commercial space heaters in my shop to keep me and my technicians warm. The furnace he fixed which is for my waiting area is not a commercial furnace it is the same furnace a 1000 sq ft. and under apartment/studio/loft would have I think that qualifies as a residential furnace? Correct me if I am wrong. I really appreciate you guys coming out so soon and I wish we didn't get off on the wrong foot but your tech wasn't very understanding since I tried to explain to him the situation but the only response I got was "I'm just the technician I don't know". We live in a generation were people expect hand outs and that's not what I'm looking for. The industry we are in is very similar I hope you don't get mad this is a review so you can see what went wrong and what you can do to fix it next time. Thank you again! Called K komfort as our 2nd floor was not getting enough A/C. They came out same day to review the issue. The tech diagnosed the issue and we scheduled a 2nd appt to have a specialist review solutions for the problem.We were given many options to fix the issue at various price points. Slava and his team have been great.
