I have rented from Anderson Real Estate Services in the past. I'm now a homeowner but came across a couple of their properties looking for a friend's daughter. I read the other reviews with complaints about the woman in the office. When I rented, she could be "crabby" at times, but maybe it was just all the calls she had to field. In any case, she's not there anymore. Everyone I dealt with this time around was very professional and pleasant. My calls were returned pretty quick. BEST OF ALL: when my friend's daughter moved into her new apartment, she turned in her move-in checklist for the apartment and she received a call to schedule for some repairs the next day. They didn't fix every little thing on her list, like the doorknob dent on the wall, but the important stuff was taken care of within a week or so.
