The Roman Candle Middleton

The third time I've been burned here. :( love their food but the experience in Middleton needs work! 1st - sat at table and wasn't greeted for 15 minutes! We didn't even get menus although they said we could take a seat. The counter staff too busy with take out orders. 2nd - ordered delivery online and wrong pizza came to our door. Fully compensated so we were appreciative. 3rd - waited 1.5 hours for pizza delivery. Ordered online and recvd confirmation. No pizza. Called and no record of order. Took new order over the phone and needed to wait 40 more minutes! 2 hours and ten minutes and two orders for delivery. These our our last three experiences. What's happening here? I don't ever complain about restaurants but this has happened multiple times and feel something needs to be said. Let us know when these items are addressed. So sad cause we love this place!

Pretty good food, but not always the best service... can be a hit or miss. They sometimes show a bit of an attitude, like the kind of air that says "be grateful that we even let you eat here." There was a really nice waitress though ^-^ we had a really fun conversation about vegetarianism. It was fun.
