I also thought Becca was so great that I followed her across town from Elevation Salon to her new venture. My hair always turns out just how I asked, and I'm comfortable trying new styles because I trust her skills and taste. She is friendly, patient, and very understanding. Her appointment system makes it really easy to schedule ahead, be reminded of the appt, and cancel or reschedule with an adequate amount of time for her to find someone else or move appointments around. I doubt denied appointments are a common experience you would have with B Suite.

I have made multiple appointments with her, I had to cancel numerous times due to my mothers health issues and other illnesses in my family. She actually denied me for a future appointment due to these circumstances that I have no control over really. She is not very understanding nor compassionate, I would recommend going else where and avoid the fakeness.
