Absolutely BEAUTIFUL plants...only they are in the greenhouses meant for employees only and don't you dare touch them because you will be scolded by staff. Went on Mothers Day and it was busy-I get it, there is a lot going on. However, plan better staffing/product wise, or let individuals help themselves. Product in the "retail greenhouse" was extremely picked over, some plants looked pretty sad, and I was told I would have to choose from what they had in there as it was too busy for employees to pick from other greenhouses or I should come back later when it is less busy. Again, after I walked into an "employee only" greenhouse 20 feet from the retail greenhouse to get the large beautiful hanging basket that I wanted (that the sign was 10 feet up, 2 inches big, and you had to look for it if you had never been there before-which was the case). The woman who was working in the retail greenhouse was extremely rude, on multiple occasions. First when she scolded me by screaming 20 ft from the retail greenhouse, then when asked if she could pick product for me, and again when I approached her about her lack of proper customer service. In this day and age it's not what you say, its how you say it-and if you would like your customer service to match the overall quality of your product-that woman is ruining it for your business. I would have spent a lot of money there buying for 3 houses that day, but we left immediately after our answers were take what is out there or come back later. Since then I have reached out to the Wasaukee Plant Market via Facebook and have not received a response. Hoping there is a resolve to this in some sort because I will not be returning until then, and have let others know about the experience as well.
Had an excellent experience this past weekend, beautiful plants and reasonable prices, and the staff were so friendly (gave good advice for how to keep the plants healthy and strong).
