Huge jerk. Aunt was in tears during root canal. Didn't give her enough anesthesia, she could feel every second. I understand root canals are rough in general but completely unacceptable to act the way he did, completely disregarded her comments of needing high dosage of anesthesia. On top of that was a dick to his nurse. Do not recommend to anyone needing oral surgery.
