I too had a completely different experience than a lot of the other reviews. I was greeted promptly, but that's where the good news stops. The inside of the establishment could use a good cleaning, just as my car needed once they were done with it. I paid for the complete wash and to have the tires shined along with the dash. 45 dollars! First and foremost, you never use a dirty rag on someones window. Especially interior glass. I saw it when it was happening and cringed the whole time, knowing full well, Id be cleaning them later. Armorall was slimed all over the dash, which, ok, I paid for a shine job, but NEVER let that rag, touch the window. I had a nice streak of Armorall on the bottom of my glass. These things should be taught on day one. The vacuum job was ok, but the seats were left all the way up. Putting them back when they were done, seems like it would be a no brainer. Golden rule of moving ones seat, is to return it where they had it. Employees moved slow like someone filled their shoes with lead. Above all else, there is no passion for cars here. They aren't car people, and its a car place... One star.
