Zimbrick BMW

As a 25-year-old I didn't expect the best treatment because of the bias car dealerships show towards young people. However, I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was here. I own a 2008 328i Coupe previously owned by my dad and I'm quite a BMW fan. I visited the dealership in late January because I was interested in the new 5 Series. I told the salesman who greeted me I wanted to test drive the car before making a decision about a purchase. He told me the new 5 Series will be available for a test drive as soon as the sales for it will begin in February. I gave him my phone number and e-mail address and he promised he would contact me when the specific vehicle would be available for a test drive. February went by quickly because of my birthday and my sister's wedding. At the end of the month, I realized I didn't get a single phone call, text, or an e-mail from the salesman or anyone else from the dealership. I then called the dealership on March 1st, no one answered. I called them 3 more times in mid-March with no response from them. Fast-forward to a couple of days ago, I decided to give them a second chance. I walked around the dealership for 40 minutes with every single employee I asked for help telling they're busy and promising someone will be with me in about 5 minutes. Dear Zimbrick BMW, all I wanted was a test drive, is it so hard to fulfill my wish?
