Bought a large sectional in September only to have the wrong piece (ordered wrong by them) delivered. Then replacement 8 weeks later was damaged. They suggested we keep it and have it fixed by a technician. Replacement piece was ordered to fix it. After 3-4 back and forth installation dates were set (and changed by them), only to find out that the installer cannot fit piece in car (found out on day of) so separate delivery is still in progress. Completely rediculous. It is mid February....
