The employees are very friendly and helped answer our questions.
The reason why I rated a 3 is because there is no grass area for my dog to go to the bathroom. I needed to walk by the busy road and my dog doesn't like the noise.
Also the ceiling in our room looks likes it is all water stained.
The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The room was nice and dark with the curtains that I was able to sleep without waking up from the sunlight.
