Chris has been wonderful for us since our engagement! She remembers us every time we come in, and she's very kind and personable. She is knowledgeable on when there will be sales so that she can give us the best price! They also don't mind how we can never make up our minds - we are probably a hassle!! Lol On another note, my engagement ring originally lost some diamonds and we were upset ofcourse. But when we went in, they apologized for the experience and explained logically why it can happen to rings. They had it fixed and the ring I've had since then has never had any issues or lost any diamonds.

I went to a special event at the store and found a ton of items I've never seen before. I came in with an idea for a pendant I wanted, and the staff took their time and helped me flesh out my idea on paper. My wife loves the pendant, and still gets complemented on it. I'll definitely go back for any custom work in the future!
