Clearly a cheaper place. Price is lowest in the Ladysmith area and staff is friendly but you definitely get what you pay for. Bed had someone else's hair in it, there's no maid service, and my bathroom window was held shut with a zip-tie.
Surprisingly the WiFi was halfway decent and I was able to watch YouTube on low quality.
