I wish i could give negative stars. Long story short my car reservation that i had made a month in advance had been accidently cancelled by the enterprise call center. The manager working at this enterprise offered no help, solutions, or sympathy to us even though it was their mistake, and I was suppose to be driving out to Cleveland, Ohio and meeting people at a specific time that day! The store could not find any history of my transaction so i called the call center. They found my history and guaranteed me there would be a car available once I gave the store a confirmation number. WRONG. There is no communication between the call center and the stores. We were left on our own to call another Enterprise and drive two and a half hours out of our way to get another rental. Not "award winning customer service".
