They paint over mold and water leaks then sell the mobile homes to families without no idea what problems hide under fresh paint. If you try to move our sell your mobile home, they will continue to deny every applicant until you are with no other option but to sell it to Parkview properties for pennies on the dollar. They then gut the mobile home and and slap in cheap flooring and paint and resell it for thousands of dollars more to the next unfortunate unsuspecting family.

Parkview Properties is a terrible place to live!! I live here and I went on my honeymoon for 4 days and had my father stay at my house to watch my 3 daughter because the youngest one is still in a crib at night. I got a call from my father after 3 days saying that Parkview's management had called the sheriff and had a no trespass order filed against him because he was there for more than 3 days without filling out an application with them. He is still not allowed to even visit here, just because he didn't fill out a completely unnecessary piece of paper.
