Called them up to repair insulation on our camper after it was flooded. Held us up all summer waiting for an estimate (so I could submit to my insurance). After finally getting a commitment out of them, they looked at it and provided an estimate. End of September they show up to do the work. Then call to tell us they can't do the job. Now I'm stuck trying to rush a contractor out there to do it before winter. Thanks for nothing.
