I ordered my food online and gave them an extra 10 minutes then my scheduled pickup time to make sure my food was ready when I got there so I didn't have to wait. When I got there I was told it wasn't done. After 10 minutes of waiting in the store for my bread bowl, I was told they are all out of bread bowls and couldn't make it right for me. 30 minutes had went by since I placed my order and while waiting for over 10 minutes I saw at least 6 bread bowls go out as I was waiting. All of these were ordered in the store after I placed my order. The manager was not apologetic no did her or she act like they cared. I will not be going to this location again and will go out of my way to the downtown location because I have always had amazing service there. I highly do not recommend using the online ordering at this location. Take the extra time to go inside and order, if you must go here.
