After living in Kansas and spending lots of time in the south over the years, I often am disappointed with BBQ in the upper Midwest. but not at RED COAL BBQ. The brisket was amaze-balls good. The BBQ beans were terrific. It is only with great will power, that I don't go back every week. oh man, now I'm hungry for Red Coal again .....
