My Mother and father have the same first name (very popular in Vietnam) Ms. Budahn came highly recommended. Last year when she did their taxes she messed up and filed my Dad as single(this is not the first time they went to her). After confrontation of this issue she denied any wrong doing. We ended up fixing our problems our self and she hadn't cashed their check. A year goes by now and I see the check we wrote her was now cashed. We confronted her again and she said we can pick up a check from her but instead agreed on getting a check mailed to us. Two weeks go by my parents ended up driving up to her office with proof in hand. She had dismissed us and was extremely rude.
