Our daughter chose Bravo for her birthday meal. Upon entering, they assured us that they would do something special for her on her special day. The restaurant was about 75% full, and there was no wait time, so we were seated right away. Over the course of our meal, our waitress was somewhat attentive, and the food was ok, but the main reason that my daughter chose Bravo was the tiny dough that kids are allowed to play with (and eventually make into a pizza). After several reminders, the waitress never remembered to bring the kid's cooked pizzas out (until the final reminder, when we were getting ready to leave). And, nothing special was ever done for my daughter's birthday. We will choose elsewhere next time...maybe Maggiano's (which has historically been a better experience for us).
