The staff was unbelievably helpful to me as I shopped for our new puppy we were adopting! One staff member even gave me a written outline on how to transition my new pup to a better dog food from the one she was currently on, which I didn't know at the time, so she wrote down a variety of transitioning options when I did find out the brand. They provided lots of helpful puppy tips, even tips that didn't promote their products, such as homemade treats. Even though I live in Greenfield, I will find any excuse to visit this location again!
