Worst nail experience I have ever had. Dirty, dirty, dirty. The male that did my full set used dirty paper towels, dirty equipment and kept on a latex glove from the ladies before that was not only torn but stained yellow from smoking in it. He stunk of smoke and was hurried rough and rude. I even took pictures. The nice tech that painted my nail let the owners daughter know and not only was no apology given but at first they overy charged me until I pointed it out. Horrid, dirty experience. They should be turned in for violations and taught some customer experience techniques.
