Don't believe their BS about refunding the money you wasted at this facility. You'll be lucky to get a friggin' coupon, much less a cash refund. That was my experience, so good luck to anyone who actually gets their money back! Their response is just more BS. I did call their office and all I got was an argument to the effect that because the equipment produced water I was being unreasonable in complaining that it provided no soap/detergent. Therefore, my complaint was ridiculous. The man I spoke with was very difficult and irate. Eventually, I received a coupon for their drive through car wash, for which I have no use. Besides, I put cash in the machine, not a lousy coupon. They simply refused to reimburse me for the cash I lost on their crappy equipment. Avoid this place like the plague.
