I had my vehicle washed at the Auto Spa on my way to work on 6/24/15 and paid for the Refresher Wash so I could get the undercarriage cleaned. The undercarriage spray was a mist at best and didn't even remove the dust from my wheel wells. Called the phone number listed to let them know and on my way home from work I saw a service truck working on the car wash. I never received a phone call back offering a replacement car wash. Will never use this car wash again, which is unfortunate since it is about 1 block from my house. Poor customer service.
