Ok you guys, I came here while feeling super spacey and out of it after an exhausting work week. This errand was off to a rough start when I entered through the wrong driveway and walked up to an "employees only" door. Feeling dumb, I got back in my car and found the "fast oil change" entrance, which had a huge sign, visible from quite a distance.
The gentleman that greeted me (there's no way he didn't see me walking around like a tired, lost puppy) was super upbeat and helpful. He acted like my dumb, spacey questions were normal and was extremely polite.
Best customer service I have ever had from any establishment.
