If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My husband and I went into the store today to look for a new bike seat for myself. I have a pretty decent bike already but as a larger bodied rider, I’ve found it hard to get a seat just right. We brought my bike along thinking maybe having eyes on it would help. We walked in and was greeted pretty shortly by male worker. I shared what my needs were and asked for suggestions. This guy was beyond useless. He gave really generic answers, didn’t address my specific concerns as a female rider, he basically said, “eh which ever one will work.. or it won’t.. figure it out.” I shared my concerns as a larger person rider and got the nastiest look. His tone really got nastier and shorter as this, already short, interaction proceeded. I basically felt like because I wasn’t coming in dropping 2k and because I don’t *LOOK* like a biker, I wasn’t worth their time. We left with a seat but it’ll be returned. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. We went to a local competitor and got amazing, kind, inclusive, knowledgeable service. We won’t be back and I’ll share this experience with as many people as I can. I’m disgusted.
